Refund policy

Customers can return most items purchased within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. A refund will be issued to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated through our website via our contact page. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Some exclusions may apply, such as customized items, or items that have been used. Returns for a change of mind are not permitted.
