Shipping Policy

At Ms Sinda, many of our items are made to order with care and intention. As such, processing times range from 7 to 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on the specific goods and services ordered.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AUD $10, with free shipping on orders over AUD $150.

All orders are sent with tracking to ensure your delivery arrives safely. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

For returns, changes, or cancellations, please refer to our Returns Policy. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via the contact form on our website, and we’ll do our best to assist—provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

Delays & Service Interruptions
